The Young IFFI Event 2018

To feed their growing interest in a healthy and sustainable world, more and more consumers demand purposeful foods, challenging food growers and suppliers to strike a serious balance between profit, people and Mother Earth. To meet this challenge old and young generations of food technologists and marketeers must work together. Where old and new insights meet, food production will acquire new purpose. So let’s meet!

This event is for the next generation of food innovators (employees 2.0) who will be working in the food ingredients industry from 2019. In the upcoming academic year, this generation will graduate in the areas of marketing, food technology and process technology. IFFI has the pleasure to offer these final year students a platform to meet their future employers exploring mutual purposes and perspectives that will define the future of food.

Target groups

1) Professors/lecturers and students of marketing, food technology and process technology related studies at Van Hall Larenstein, HAS Den Bosch, InHolland, Hanzehogeschool, Hogeschool Arnhem-Nijmegen, WUR, Rijks Universiteit Groningen, Universiteit Tilburg en Universiteit Gent.
