On Thursday night Peter Verstrate, CEO and Cofounder of Mosa Meat and Mark Kulsdom, CEO and Cofounder of the Dutch Weed Burger held very interesting keynotes on this subject, while the guests were enjoying dinner at Mauritz Salon & Hotel in Willemstad.
On Friday we visited the impressive Cosun innovation center, where IFFI member Royal Cosun introduced us to their world of new food ingredients.
