Steven Gerrits from Partitude will combine insights in practical tools for change with his recent business case from IFFI member DV Nutrition, as an example of sustainable improvement in processes.

Changing Diary Manufacturing – a business case from IFFI member DV Nutrtion

DVNutrition V.O.F. is a joint venture between DOC Kaas and Volac and processes sweet cheese whey into high-quality ingredients such as concentrated whey protein and lactose-based powders. Both DOC and DVN operate from the agri-business park “Het Zuivelpark” in Hoogeveen and use the same facilities like a self-sufficient power plant. With the help of Lean tools, DV Nutrition is constantly working on sustainable improvement of processes.

The Priory of Corsendonk is a beautiful, ancient monument located in the Campine Region in the province of Antwerp. Originally founded in 1395, this former monastery is a gorgeous specimen of medieval architecture. Its vault, monumental Chapter Hall, and well-preserved attic form a beautiful historical backdrop for private dinner meetings. The vast estate, with renaissance gardens, and the green surroundings of the picturesque Campine Region make the hotel an oasis of peace of quiet.  IFFI has an option on single rooms including breakfast and city tax for the price of € 77,– per night.

Registration and accommodation

The IFFI dinner meeting programme includes dinner and drinks and excludes eventual accommodation costs. Participation costs for non-members are € 150,– excluding VAT. Participation costs for IFFI colleagues are covered by the membership fee. However, for cancellation of participation or accommodation after 9 May we will charge you € 150,–.

IFFI can arrange a hotel room for you in the Priorij Corsendonk, single rooms cost € 77,– including breakfast and tax.

You can use the online registration forms below to register for one or both days and to request a hotel room. Please note that in case of hotel cancellations later than 7 days in advance of your stay, we are forced to charge you 100% of the room rate including breakfast.
