I want to thank you for a really great day at the Young IFFI Event 2018. The morning program with the keynote speakers as well as the workshops with the generation theater touching on different dilemma’s gave me a lot of inspiration. But above all an nice and a fruitful day.

Last week I was able to attend two interesting days full of inspiration in the beautiful city of Rotterdam. How to deal with innovation in food as B2B company? Thanks to IFFI for the organization. Some quotes got me thinking: ‘Fall in love with the problem not the solutions’, ‘Fail fast cheap, fail often and fail in a way that doesn’t kill you’, ‘Be a start-up!’ and ‘You need emotion for an insight!
